Buddy reading is happening every morning for all our boys. This is where our younger boys read aloud to their buddy from the senior classes. This improves confidence, fluency and most importantly reading.

Saint Patrick's Day Parade 2014

We all enjoyed the Saint Patrick's Day parade through our lovely Listowel. Our theme was based on the Safe Cross Code with emphasis on our new junior wardens. The band led our march with our junior and senior infants led in caterpillar style to much applause. We were then thrilled to hear we  had won the Sean McCarthy cup for most entertaining on the day.

Young Entrepreneur Fun Day

Our 5th Class entrepreneurs launched their heritage trail calendar last Friday with a fun day for all classes. Each class got to go to the hall for treats, cakes, drinks, games, face painting disco and goody bag! We were delighted that Minister Jimmy Dennihan was able to come to our launch. After costs, money was raised for the Jack & Jill Charity. Well done to all for the E900  raised on Friday.
