Postman D.J. Mulvihill Comes To Visit













A very important man in our community is the postman. Our local postman D. J. Mulvihill came to visit junior and senior infants to tell them all about the journey of a letter. Our boys in turn wrote their own letters and posted them in our local postbox.

Spring Nature Walk





Ms. Sheehy and her junior infants were accompanied on their nature walk by Mrs. Costello's 6th Class boys. The younger boys were on a mission to search for signs of Spring! The senior boys are presently preparing for their Confirmation, so we wish them well next week.

Road Safety with Junior Infants

Mrs O' Connor and her boys had an important lesson on road safety and crossing the road. Our school is located on a very busy road so it is vital that all our boys beware of the road.

Super Furry Animals - Junior Infants






Mrs O' Connor's junior infant boys had a great morning learning about our native wild animals. The super furry animals exhibit from Killarney National Park was seen by the junior classes to celebrate science week.

Junior Classes School Tour 2010







A fun filled day at Kennedy's Pet Farm, Killarney was had by Mrs. O' Connor's junior infants and Mrs. Lane's senior infants and first class. As you can see they really made themselves at home minding all the animals.
