Young Entrepreneur Fun Day

Our 5th Class entrepreneurs launched their heritage trail calendar last Friday with a fun day for all classes. Each class got to go to the hall for treats, cakes, drinks, games, face painting disco and goody bag! We were delighted that Minister Jimmy Dennihan was able to come to our launch. After costs, money was raised for the Jack & Jill Charity. Well done to all for the E900  raised on Friday.

Futsal Blitz

Our boys from Inion Ui Choileain class had a great day in the community center at the Futsal Tournament. As you can tell they enjoyed themselves.

Junior Traffic Wardens

Since Charlie retired, our school was without a traffic warden. Considering we are located on such a busy road we took it into our own hands and our senior boys are now trained Junior Wardens. They underwent intense training from Sergeant      over the last few weeks. Now every morning from 8.55-9.10am and every evening from 2.50-3.00pm our boys will get you across the road safely. Thank you to Listowel Town Council for all the new road markings and uniforms and especially Sergeant  , for his time.

Our Artists

Well done to our boys in the community games art competition this week. Best of luck in the next round.

Credit Union Quiz

Well done to our boys in the recent credit union quiz. Coming 4th is always hard to take especially when you get 61 and the winning team gets 65!!
